Amy Herrmann has been our family’s go-to Realtor for well over a decade. Amy assisted our daughter with her first home purchase. Then she helped our daughter’s sell that home and buy her second home. Later, Amy helped her sell her second home and purchase her third and current home. As the transactions evolve, Amy is calm, collected and her experienced advice is competently demonstrated through the Real Estate buying or selling process. A decade ago, Amy represented us in a private land purchase when the sellers were unwilling to pay a commission. Amy graciously accepted a much reduced fee from us, as the buyers, for her time and talent. Amy was such a pleasure to work with! She was professional without being stuffy. Our first meeting was so comfortable. As this was my first time being involved in a home sale, I relied heavily on Amy's guidance. She explained the whole process at a high level and then walked us through each step. She was quick to provide comparison information and give an honest appraisal, taking into consideration local sales. Amy suggested staging for the house and provided some props to improve the appearance. While we were on vacation and issues came up, Amy did not hesitate to handle. We had a great experience working with Amy about 4 years ago when we bought our house. Amy found lots of homes for us and went into extra research in township rules and guidelines as we had a few horses at the time. During the summer of 2015 my fiance and I purchased our first home! Initially we tried to take on the task of finding a home by ourselves but quickly became overwhelmed with the process. We decided at that point to try and find a reputable real-estate agent, but didn't know where to begin. While asking around the area for recommendations, one name came up more often than not. That name, was Amy Herrmann. We sent her an email that day and received a response seemingly immediately. Things just seemed to fall into place from that point forward and within just 5 weeks we were moving furniture into our new home. Amy is truly an amazing person. She always keeps it real and has a blast through the entire buying and selling process. We always felt relaxed and confident that she was the right realtor for us. She has wonderful patience as we were a client that decisions never came easy. We spent so many hours looking at houses from 2006 through 2011 and we were never able to commit to any one property. However, Amy should by us through those years and when we were finally ready to make the move to sell our home and buy a new home she was there with a smile on her face. Always in a great mood and someone who you can talk to about real estate and just about anything. We love Amy Herrmann!

Amy was great for the entire process. She is extremely professional, easy to work with, and makes sure that we have all of the information we need. During closing there were discrepancies with the documents from the bank that she found before signing and had resolved. Her knowledge of the market helped to find the right house for a great price. If we ever move again we will definitely be using her again.
